The Sales Officer is responsible for developing sales strategies to expand business relationships within the target client market.
Job Overview
- Work with Marketing on developing programs for new and existing accounts to meet target volume and profit objectives
- Prepares sales/service proposals for prospective clients
- Client Management
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients
- Handle complaints and address concerns promptly
- Provide updates on medical services, particularly changes in scope and rates with reference to the coverage and validity of their existing contracts.
- Assists the Business Office on Credit and Collection problems of company clients as required
- Coordinate with the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for affiliation and accreditation
- Coordinates with Credit and Collection all outstanding balance of existing clients and other receivables.
Qualifications
- University degree in a business or communications-related field
- Able to create Sales Strategies
- At least 2-4 years’ experience in an Account management role with experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Willing to be assigned in Arca South, Taguig
