Sales and Marketing Officer

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible in acquiring new clients of Healthway QualiMed Manila about the value proposition. He/She is also in charge of contributing in achieving company’ objectives through effective sales and marketing initiatives and programs. Coordinates with the department heads to ensure successful execution and outcomes of sales and marketing strategies. Also, he/ she is in charge of maintaining good customer relationships.

1.     Sales Activity

1.1.   Plan or set objective/s of agenda for each sales call activity before visiting prospective client. Effectively communicates new services and packages to new and existing clients.

1.2.   Acquires at least a minimum of three (3) new clients per month, where affiliates are counted as an additional count.

1.2.1. Present the QualiMed Company and probes on useful information;

1.2.1.1.         Existing Medical and Ancillary affiliate/s if any

1.2.1.2.         Services availed from the Medical and Ancillary affiliate/s.

1.2.1.3.         Contract expiration of existing Medical and Ancillary affiliate/s.

1.2.1.4.         Criteria in choosing Medical and Ancillary affiliate/s.

1.2.2. Present the Top 5 Medical and Ancillary Services that Healthway QualiMed offers;

1.2.2.1.         Radiology

1.2.2.2.         Laboratory

1.2.2.3.         Industrial and Occupational Health Clinic

1.2.2.4.         Heart Station

1.2.2.5.         Ambulatory and Surgery Center

1.3.   Ensures that existing and potential clients are covered by doing at least three- (3) client calls per day with the objective of:

one (1) call to enhance business relationship of existing clients with Healthway QualiMed Manila and the other two (2) calls acquiring new clients.

1.4.   Furnishes prospective clients a copy of the standard Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) of Healthway QualiMed Manila and requests all required documents from them. This is for the purpose of accreditation or sealing an agreement based on the services we offer.

1.5.   Submits Weekly Sales Plan (WSP) latest by Saturday morning, for the coming week reflecting the company prospects and existing clients he/she will visit/call over the next week.

1.6.   Submits Weekly Sales Report (WSR) latest by Saturday morning of the current week, reflecting companies visited per day with the following highlights:

1.6.1. A completely filled-up Company Information Sheet is appended to the company name.

1.6.2. Medical and Ancillary services presentation was made.

1.6.3. Current Medical and Ancillary affiliate/s, as well as existing Medical and Ancillary services and expiration of contract.

1.6.4. Next plan actions to be made.

1.7.   Submits every last working day of the current month the next month’s Monthly Activity Plan (MAP), detailing the companies he/she plans to visit.

1.8.   Creating Medical and Ancillary Portfolio clients, along with an updated Company Profile. He/She is also in charge of Philhealth Konsulta Sales which includes establishing and implementing monthly sales plans and strategies geared towards achieving sale’s targets. He/She shall also monitor and report actual sales performance versus target on a weekly basis.

 

2.     Account Management

2.1.   Completes important basic information about each Medical and Ancillary client he/she handles.

2.1.1. Complete Company Name

2.1.2. Address and/or addresses of other satellite of branch offices if applicable.

2.1.3. The point person/s and the designation he or she has to coordinate within the company as well as the contact details; trunk-line, direct-land line, mobile number and e-mail.

2.1.4. Establishes and maintains strong Business relationships, knowing the organization and identifying key contacts, influencers and decision makers of the company; HR-Head, Admin Head, Finance/Chief Finance Officer(CFO), Chief Operating Officer/COO and GM/President/CEO.

2.1.5. Keeps a soft copy of all signed MOAs/Contracts of all the Medical and Ancillary clients he/she handles.

2.2.   Responsible for/Coordinates activities to promote and maintain harmonious relationships in the delivery of health services among clients he/she handles.

2.2.1. Nurture customer relations through constant communication with clients.

2.2.2. Responds to client feedback to ensure client satisfaction for services rendered to maintain a very high degree of client retention.

2.2.3. Responds to concerns/complaints, coordinates and facilitates formulation of response or action within concerned units.

2.2.4. Monitors, documents, investigates, resolves and reports any and all complaints/dissatisfaction within 2 weeks of the incidence, in collaboration with the concerned units.

2.2.5. Considers the impact of costing on overall yield of the unit vis-à-vis with customer demands and makes adjustment competitively, marketwise.

 

3.     Marketing Activity

3.1.   Develop projects, upload and edit content for the clinic’s website and other social media platforms.

3.2.   Identifying specialty practices or physicians who may improve the clinic’s market value.

3.3.   Develop and implement appropriate strategies by identifying, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets.

3.4.   Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunities.

3.5.   Develop and implement an effective marketing campaign.

3.6.   Develop relationship with affiliate partners to raise brand awareness.

3.7.   Collaborate on marketing activities/events with partner industries to increase brand awareness and referrals.

 

4.     Other Related Tasks or Functions:

4.1.   Devise and design programs to foster client satisfaction. These can be tactical projects or sales blitzes to induce word- of- mouth marketing to achieve target goals.

4.2.   Receives all marketing materials needed for the performance of his/her function and assures that all designs adhere to Healthway QualiMed Manila brand guidelines.

4.3.   Performs other duties deemed necessary or as requested by the Management Devise and design programs to foster client satisfaction. These can be tactical projects, or sales blitzes to induce word- of- mouth marketing to achieve target goals.

4.4.   Ensure that proper documentation is observed and implemented for all transactions.

4.5.   Observe and comply with the existing rules, policies and regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  • With a minimum experience of three (3) year experience as Customer Care Officer, Account/Sales Executive, Relationship Officer gained   from a service-oriented industry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) FMCG, Pharmaceutical Company, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Experience in hospital/healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Demonstrate skills in negotiation, creativity, decision- making, problem solving and keen to details.
  • Exhibits strong analytical skills and a goal- oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales and marketing strategies to drive new business leads, raise brand awareness, and boost profitability.
  • Enhancing customer service and retention
  • Graduate of Marketing, Management, Allied Health Course, or any related 4-year or Business Course.
