The Physician Engagement Officer develops and maintains collaborative relations with medical practitioners and staff and liaises with internal and external clients, while supporting the physician recruitment, development and engagement function of the medical group.
Job Overview
Liaison with Medical Practitioners, Staff, and Affiliated Institutions
- Provides support to medical practitioners, staff, and affiliated institutions.
- Handles Medical Practitioners’ feedback and complaints
- Monitors, documents, and investigates all complaints/dissatisfaction, providing resolution based on consultation with concerned units within two weeks of the incident.
- Prepares incident reports for the management and concerned units/departments.
- Receives, monitors, sand documents all client recognition/compliments in the various service units/departments.
Maintain and establish information avenues for marketing and promotional campaigns
- Responsible for effectively communicating new services, new product launches, promotions, and campaigns, to medical practitioners, medical staff, affiliated institutions, and other potential clients.
- Ensures appropriate and timely implementation of marketing promotions and campaigns to the target market.
- Design programs to foster doctor satisfaction and encourage word- of-mouth marketing to achieve targets.
Responsible for periodically reviewing and analyzing work flow systems for immediate action in areas of improvement or inconsistency.
Provides input in the development or improvement of policies and procedural guidelines.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, the Behavioral or Social Sciences, Communications and other related fields
- Knowledge of Internal Communications, Public Relations, Market Research and Statistical Analysis
- At least 2- 4 years’ experience in Customer Care/Account/Sales Management in the healthcare, hospitality, or other service sectors
- Willing to be based in Arca South, Taguig City
