The Nurse Trainor enables nurses to perform and improve their skills that they apply in their line of work.
- Conceptualizes, conducts, monitors, and recommends learning and training interventions consistent with the hospital’s needs and department’s goals and objectives.
- Develops curriculum for training programs
- Facilitates and conducts actual training programs for hospital staff
- Ensures effective delivery of training courses by reviewing design, researching for content, and verifying accuracy and effectiveness
- Monitors the progress of programs and recommends necessary adjustments
- Develops and utilizes appropriate and effective presentation and diagnostic tools and instruments relevant to the course at hand
- Handles administrative functions of trainings including but not limited to logistics, budgeting, reportorial requests and requirements, etc.
Requirements
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; MAN/MSN units an advantage
- At least 1-2 years of related experience in Clinical Training of nurses
- Good communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and various presentation software
- Organized, speaks well, and easily relates with people of different backgrounds
- Willing to work in Arca South, Taguig City
