JOB SUMMARY
The accounting assistant from accounts payable section is responsible for processing of Rentals, Utilities, and Payroll to contract labors and other request for payments. Control expenses by verifying the completeness and correctness of documents. She is direct reporting to accounting supervisor in accounts payable section.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate incomplete documents to respective department immediately via email. Request for payments must be processed with 3 days to be submitted to treasury department for check preparation.
- Monitor due dates to prevent any penalty and charges.
- Prepare monthly Accrual schedule for BS Notes and must submit the report on time.
- Perform reconciliation of various accounts of vendors.
- Assist in the month-end GL accounts analysis.
- Participate in inventory and cash count.
- Assist accounting supervisor in preparation of different reports.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Banking.
- Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
- Strong analytical skills and keen to details.
