SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares the consolidated annual, quarterly and monthly reports (actuals and budgets), presentations and forecasts for various Business Units (BU) aside from reviewing the Company’s financial statements.
- Measures the performance of the BU by studying and evaluating critical information involving BU, including review of yearly budgets and forward plans.
- Fulfills the control functions of the Company by setting up and reviewing policies and procedures for various departments or units.
- Monitors operating and capital expenses against approved budgets.
- Assists in the preparation of various analyses to aid in the determination of the viability of various business transactions.
- Determines cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.
- Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
- Increases productivity by developing automated accounting applications; coordinating information requirements.
JOB SPECIFICATION

- BS Degree in Accountancy
- CPA License
- MS/MBA Degree is an advantage
- Over 5 years’ experience in audit or finance-related field
