Duties and Responsibilities
1. Workforce management
- Monitors clinic staff levels and shift schedules to ensure complete manning of clinics.
- Works with HR on manpower deployment and movements; ensures onboarding is done and shadowing of clinic staff prior to deployment.
- Point person of clinic staff’s leave requests and coordinates with the Back Office Support team for relievers.
- Ensures staff compliance with applicable company and client policies; works with HR for discipline-related matters.
- Responsible for conducting periodic performance evaluation of clinic staff.
2. Clinic management
- Implements observance of government-mandated standards for clinic management.
- Prepares and ensures timely completion and submission of reports (ex. DOLE Annual Medical Report).
- Visits clinics to conduct audit checks, inventory of supplies, and check-in with clinic staff and clients.
- Reviews client’s feedback; facilitates and monitors resolution of client concerns or escalations.
- Ensures successful delivery of Health and Wellness programs based on clients’ needs and standard regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or any Medical field
- At least 3-years relevant work experience; experience in hospital or company clinic setting an advantage
- Good people management, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong organization, coordination, and decision-making skills
- Flexible and adaptable; with integrity and service mindset
- MS Office skills (powerpoint, excel, outlook)
- Basic Life Support and First Aid training / BOSH trained, or Master in Health or Public Health Administration an advantage
