JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Officer ensures the planning and carries out direct marketing and sales activity, so as to maintain and develop sales of Healthway Medical in accordance with agreed business plans.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain at least 98 % renewal of existing accounts.
- Increase from existing business / generate additional business from existing accounts (Minimum requirement: 10% increase).
- Be the connection of Healthway to different companies (vice versa).
- Maintain deeper and win-win relationship with existing clients through:
- Regular PR
- Courtesy visit
- Immediate correspondence of clients concerns
- Determines how to effectively compete in the current market through a more detailed and careful analysis and must be able to provide solutions and/or recommendations.
- Responsible in submitting sales reports and customer’s feedback
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience at healthcare industry
- Highly-organized and has a strong sense of ownership
- Team player with a customer service approach to job performance
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Provide proactive measures on delinquent accounts
- Determined and passionate
- Has the ability to coordinate/interact with other departments, clinics and clients
