JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing accurate, complete and timely processing of in-house payroll administration in accordance with the statutory and company regulations, end to end processing of company payrolls (semi-monthly) and administration of employees benefits.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and encode data into payroll database.
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner and comply with company and regulatory standard.
- Handle bank enrollment for newly hired employees or request for changing of bank enrollment.
- Process and compute Government mandatory benefits such as Loans, Sickness and Maternity.
- Assist in payroll and timesheet preparations.
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; report of any variances.
- Protects payroll operations and employees by strictly keeping information confidential.
- Prepare periodic C& B reports
- Performs other related assignment from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or a related course
- 2 years or above working experience in handling payroll or related tasks
- Good communication skills in both oral and written English and Filipino
- Computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attentive to details with good interpersonal skills
