The Chief Nurse assumes full administrative responsibility and authority for the entire nursing service of the hospital, developing hospital policies, and evaluating programs and services.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement plans and performance standards to facilitate the delivery of high-quality nursing care
- Nursing Division’s Administration and Management
- Business knowledge and Operations Budget Management
- People Management and Career Development
Qualifications:
- University degree in Nursing with PRC license
- Post Graduate course: Master of Arts in Nursing
- At least seven (7) years’ experience in Clinical Nursing
- With knowledge of the following:
- Patient care standards mandated by regulatory agencies
- Principles of nursing administration and organization
- Principles and practices of nursing that optimize patient care
